In addition to employing such measures on behalf of clients looking for alternative methods to resolve disputes, Douglas Tozzi is a Registered Neutral in General Mediation and Arbitration by the Georgia Supreme Court, Office of Dispute Resolution. He has experience as a mediator and as legal counsel, having participated in numerous construction and business/commercial arbitrations and mediations over the past decade.
Douglas Tozzi received his mediation training through the Fulton County court-sponsored Alternative Dispute Resolution Externship Program and the Fanning Institute at the University of Georgia. He received his arbitration training through Henning Mediation & Arbitration Service. As an extern mediator in the Fulton County Landlord-Tenant Mediation Program, Douglas Tozzi encountered a range of issues, problems and circumstances mediating small claims cases and established himself as a creative neutral who knows how to move a case toward a meaningful resolution.
